cbazi Terms and Conditions

1.1 Age Condition

To open an account and use any service on cbazi, you must be at least 21 years old. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering an account or playing games on the cbazi platform. cbazi reserves the right to verify age at any time. If an account is opened using false information, that account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

cbazi primarily provides services to players in Bangladesh. Regardless of where you access the platform from, complying with local laws is entirely your responsibility. cbazi reserves the right to close accounts of users from restricted regions.

1.3 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one cbazi account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and any promotional benefits will be cancelled.

2.1 Registration Process

To register with cbazi, you must provide accurate and truthful personal information. The name, mobile number, and other details provided during registration will later be used for payment verification. Providing incorrect information may delay or cancel the withdrawal process.

2.2 Account Security

Keep your cbazi account password and login details completely confidential. Granting any third party access to your account is prohibited. If your account security is compromised or you suspect unauthorized access, contact cbazi support immediately.

2.3 Updating Information

Always keep your account information accurate and up to date. If your contact details change, notify cbazi through support. cbazi will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on cbazi can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits must be made from your own account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: usually within 1 hour
• Identity verification may be required for withdrawals
• The deposit and withdrawal method must be the same (for example, if you deposited via bKash, you must withdraw via bKash)
• cbazi reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any suspicious transactions

3.3 Currency

All transactions on cbazi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency will not be accepted.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If chargebacks, money laundering, or any other fraudulent activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately suspended and legal action may be taken.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

cbazi offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To use this bonus, a wagering requirement must be met: you must place bets equal to 25 times the combined bonus and deposit amount. Fulfilling this condition is mandatory before the bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, it will expire
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited
• cbazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without giving a reason
• If bonus abuse is suspected, cbazi reserves the right to investigate the account

4.3 VIP Program

The cbazi VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback — ranging from 0.2% at Bronze up to 0.8% at Diamond. VIP benefits are at cbazi's discretion and may change at any time.

5.1 Game Results

All games on cbazi use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are completely impartial and not predetermined. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, cbazi will refund the relevant bet amount.

5.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute regarding a game result, contact cbazi support. Server log data will be considered final. All disputes will be resolved through cbazi's internal review process and cbazi's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Service Interruptions

cbazi will not be held responsible if a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, power outage, or other technical issues. However, if the issue is on the server side, cbazi will provide an appropriate resolution.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cbazi:

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Colluding or coordinating with other players to win games
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform dishonestly
• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity
• Using cbazi for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users of the platform

If a user is found to be involved in any of these prohibited activities, cbazi will immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where applicable.

• Loss in games due to loss of internet connection or technical issues
• Viruses, malware, or other security issues on the user's device
• Loss or delays caused by third-party services (payment gateways, internet providers)
• Issues arising from the user providing incorrect information
• Losses resulting from account information being disclosed to a third party
